Dr. Ganni Bhaskara Rao is a distinguished surgeon, healthcare leader, and medical educator with decades of experience in advancing healthcare and medical education.

Chairman of Compass Health Sciences (Compass Health Sciences Pvt. Ltd.) and GSL Educational Institutions, Managing Trustee of GSL Trust Cancer Hospital, and Managing Director of Gowthami CT Scan & MRI, he has been instrumental in establishing leading healthcare and medical education institutions that have transformed thousands of lives.

He has held several prestigious leadership positions, including President of the AP State Chapter of the Association of Surgeons of India, Vice President of IAGES (Central Zone), President of the All India Unaided Private Medical Colleges & Universities Association, and Member of the Medical Council of India, contributing significantly to surgical excellence, education, and healthcare policy.

His vision is to build a healthcare ecosystem driven by innovation, ethics, and compassionate care, ensuring quality healthcare is accessible to all while inspiring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Dr. Sandeep Ganni is a healthcare leader, researcher, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in healthcare management, medical education, surgical simulation, and healthcare innovation. Managing Director of Compass Health Sciences Pvt. Ltd, Director of GSL Educational Society, and Vice President of the Society for Healthcare Simulation, he has played a key role in advancing healthcare through technology, research, and academic excellence.

He holds an MBBS from GSL Medical College, an MBA from Coventry University, UK, and a PhD from Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. Dr. Ganni has authored numerous internationally recognized research publications, conference papers, and a book chapter in minimally invasive surgery and surgical simulation, contributing to advancements in healthcare education and patient safety.
